Welcome,

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck during a difficult time in your life? You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

At Goldsmith Therapy, I help adults and couples work through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction recovery, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Occupational Therapist, I bring a unique whole-person perspective to therapy—considering the emotional, physical, relational, and daily-life factors that influence your well-being.

I believe change happens when we understand ourselves, identify patterns that no longer serve us, and practice new ways of responding. Together, we will build on your strengths and develop strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

Philosophy:  Practical, Collaborative Approach to Change

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe each person has unique strengths and the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change.

Therapy is not only about understanding where struggles come from, it is also about learning new skills, improving relationships, and developing strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

Drawing from my background in counseling and occupational therapy, I consider the connection between thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical well-being, and daily routines. Sessions are individualized, purposeful, and focused on helping you achieve the goals that matter most to you.
